How long before I receive my order?
All of our baits are custom, hand‑made, which means each one is built after your order is placed. Once completed, orders ship via USPS and typically take 3 or more days to arrive.

Please allow up to three weeks (21 days) from the time you place your order.
Orders with new colors or custom color‑matching may require additional time.

How do I make an order online?
Shop by Category and select the specific product of interest. A third party, Paypal, securely processes your order and takes payment via credit card or bank account.

Can I receive a refund?
Each order is custom made to your specifications. We likely cannont resell your product so we don't process refunds once production has started. However, we remake the product and exchange it for a different product.

What if I can't order online?
Download the order form and send it with a check or money order. The order will be started once the check has cleared.

What if you don't have the color I want?
Contact us about the color you would like us to make. Either send us a color sample or state "I would like Zoom's junebug color".

How much are shipping charges?
We calculate shipping charges using a flat rate based on the total amount of purchase:

Will I need to pay sales tax?
If the mailing address is in the state of Minnesota, a 7.375% sales tax charge will be added to your order.
